“Great customer service, value, and quality. My wife and I have been looking to replace her car, which had suddenly stopped working. We were having difficulty finding financing to get a new car regardless of our great credit score. After giving up on private financing, we drove to Leavenworth to two different car dealerships and failed to find value. Before we left town we stopped at Bengies not knowing what we would find but upon looking through the lot we found a car that was exactly what we were looking for. We had a friendly greeting from Bryant and he was quick to tell us information on all of the cars that we were looking at, we requested if we could take one of the cars for a test drive and they happily obliged. He and Brian have always taken great care of all of my vehicles, breaking down the issues into the categories of what must be done now (for safe operation of the vehicle), what should be done and the time frame in which the repair should be completed, and what can be put off for much later. Whenever my kids' cars needed work, they knew they could go straight to Scott's shop and he would take care of their car. His prices are reasonable and he is completely honest. “Dave Ried is one of the best mechanics I’ve had the pleasure of knowing, along with his dear friend JR Bartlett. These guys were my neighbors at their previous place of employment, ( their employer was a jerk and didn’t take care of his top notch employees). I never trusted anyone at all with my 1964 Pontiac GranPrix, NO ONE! Except Dave and his buddy. That car was my baby, handed down from my deceased father. He kept that car safe in the shop for 2 months, while working on it in his spare time, also rebuilding the 3 barell carb. Dave is a master, and is a genius at automotive electrical too. My dogs ate every wire and broke lights on my 10 x 6 utility trailer, Dave rewired the whole thing. Works great ever since! I couldn’t of asked for better friends or better mechanics! Honest, hard working, reasonably priced, won’t quit til the job is done and one hell of a guy! I’m grateful for all their hard work! I highly recommend Dave’s Automotive!
