I came in without an Appointment and was helped promptly and cheerfully. Cole, my salesman, quickly asked what I wanted and wrote down the 4 cars I had preselected from their website. He pulled up the cars, answered questions about each car on the multiple test drives, and clearly explained paperwork. Tanner, the finance guy, was also clear, concise and helpful. They moved my plates from my trade-in car to new one and were willing to file fir the duplicate title. Great experience all around.

We worked with Wally Judge and he made the process easy and fun. He explained all the paperwork to us and everything we needed to know about the vehicle. He made the whole transaction enjoyable. Definitely recommend him!

Additional comment: We came back to Zeck Ford to purchase another vehicle from Wally due to the excellent service we received back in September 2020 when we bought out Explorer. Purchased a Fusion today and again received outstanding service!

I'm extremely happy with my overall experience with Zeck Ford and the Team. After an exhausting search to find exactly what I wanted, I finally came across my dream car at Zeck Ford. Bailey was very informative and kept in contact throughout the process. i had to fly into Kansas and I was delighted that Zeck Ford had a driver waiting there to pick me up. Mark who drove me was very engaged and had a warm personality. he made the drive less uncomfortable and fast. Robert, who helped get the paperwork going was informative and answered all may questions. Brandon in Finance helped make this transaction smooth. There was no fluff, just straight to what would be best for me. The overall experience was simply the best I've dealt with. great job!!

My wife and I were in immediate need of a new vehicle and are not from the area. After doing some research online, we stumbled upon this dealership. We found the perfect vehicle and the price was right! We went ahead and got a private pre-approval with a good rate and walked in on this past Saturday morning with no appointment and were introduced to Cliff. He is, by far, the most amazing car salesman I have ever dealt with. Patient, humorous, non-pushy, and most of all willing to get us what we wanted. He had the vehicle pulled up, we test drove it, approved of it, and the paperwork was done in minutes. We were then introduced to Reggie in finance and, again, he is easily the most unbelievable finance guy I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Not only did we get the vehicle we wanted, but Reggie was able to get us a better rate elsewhere which allowed us to get more bells and whistles for less money per month! I have purchased vehicles in the past and have spent hours in the dealership haggling back and forth and walking out defeated, but this entire process took 2 hours from start to finish....on a busy Saturday morning! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! I will use these guys on my next purchase and look forward to dealing with them again! Thanks again Cliff and Reggie...you guys are awesome!

Went in just to browse. The low mileage newer year used vehicles at amazing prices made us purchase within 3 days (our time was limited each day for personal reasons so it wasn’t their doing). Rick was amazing and made us feel extremely comfortable. We went in for 1 car and walked out with 2! (They are that good and that well priced) We did visit other dealerships and almost immediately walked out (without trying to be rude) due to customer service being so different!

Reggie in finance (we were dreading this and went in guns blazing to hold to our plan) was amazing. He worked numbers a bunch of different ways all that we asked him to do. Gave us some years of experience advice to help us better decide. Was upfront and honest. Was the best finance department experience we have ever had in purchasing vehicles!
