“I will be forever thankful for Jill Austin for helping me to get back to the activity I enjoy doing most…riding horses. After aggravating an old back injury (herniated disc), I was in a lot of pain and could barely do anything. Thanks to Jill and her excellent, knowledgeable, skills, I am now able to ride again and even better, I can lift my 3-year-old granddaughter again…something which I also had missed doing very much. Jill was extremely thorough in her evaluation and therapy and was very professional. She was also kind, compassionate, and had a wonderful sense of humor. What I found to be especially helpful was that she so reassuring at a time when I was very discouraged. “The management and staff at Diamond Archery are top notch. Their customer service is like none other and they will take care of you well after your purchase. I have seen over the years how they support each customer that walks in. You will always feel welcome when you enter, and when you leave satisfied. I have been going there for over 10 years now and I can say that I would not go to any other competitor. The support and knowledge they give is greater than any big box store. Their knowledge of archery is by far the best around South-Central Kansas. I would highly recommend Diamond Archery to anyone that is seeking or wanting to know more about archery to contact them and they will show you the way. Also, I have never wrote a review for any business in the past, but they stick out at Diamond Archery.”

“We removed a tub and installed a shower. Mostly pleased. It looks nice. They were nice and professional. We feel that the slope of the floor should have been more because the water sits and we have to squeegee it to the drain. The corner seat they installed (for $500) is not comfortable. The seat is too high and slippery and you feel like you are going to slide off. The seat doesn't have much sitting area either! Wish we could remove it, but we don't think that is possible. We also upgraded the shower head to have the extra hand-held hose for $200 and we've seen this one at Lowe's/Home Depot for $50! The entire project was very expensive, $53oo. It supposed to have a Lifetime Warranty, so hopefully they will honor that if we have any future issues. We don't think the issues mentioned here are correctable, so we'll have to live with them. Do your research and look at examples for the best experience. We thought we were prepared, but we hadn't done this before and didn't know all the questions to ask. Mostly happy, but some things could have been better. Also, we didn't get a follow up from the company. You would think after a few months they would ask you about their product...”
