Thank you Mr.Rob for everything you do for my Lexus, my transmission gone and you quoted me for $5000 to fix, that's too much for me and you don't have any payments plans, BUT you are very honestly and professional, you tell me what you gonna do and give me the most reasonable recommendations. You're the best! and I very appreciate about your job to found out what my car problems with NO CHARGE, I hope in future, when i'm really rich, I will bring my car here when my transmission gone.
Great customer service, only one mechanic there so it takes a while to get work done but I recommend them
I was looking for a transmission spot in town that I felt safe having my car transmission diagnosed. I visited 3 different shop’s that quoted me prices before even driving the car.
I took my car to robs and he diagnosed and road tested my car for free. When the time came to take apart my transmission he showed me exactly where the problem was.
I had let him know prior to getting it fixed that I had a cross country trip coming up and I need the car done within 3 weeks. Considering the task at hand I was not expecting the car to be done in time. I got a call from the shop 3 days early exceeding my expectations. After about 1 week and over 1,500miles my transmission is still shifting clean.
This is probably one of the most positive experiences Ive ever had with a mechanics shop.
Overall five stars for integrity, timeliness, and cost.
This review is long overdue...I have had 2 transmissions rebuilt by Rob and both have been top notch. One in an 1987 lifted Chevy pickup and the other in a 2007 Gmc Yukon. He is very knowledgeable and is very straight forward with the game plan he has for repairing or rebuilding your transmission. A lot of places will sell you something off the shelf; at Rob's they remove your transmission and rebuild it themselves and put it right back in your vehicle. Couldn't ask for anything more. Friendly staff, straight forward pricing and timely turnaround. I would highly recommend Rob's to anyone.
