(August 2, 2021, 9:59 am)I tried to rent a uhaul truck with the online ap. The lady I talked to on the phone was rude and told me they didn't have any trucks. So I decided to call Westside storage. The lady was very very helpful and very nice. She said she had a truck. Went there and picked up the truck. Very easy transaction. Next time I need a truck I will just call Westside storage I won't deal with uhaul online.
