“On Saturday, my wife, 3 year old, 3 week old on oxygen, and dog were moving from Dallas to Colorado when we broke down. Terry was able to come out and tow us to his shop but first stopping at a hotel to drop my wife, kids, and dog off. Once we got to his shop, he tried to figure out what was wrong and after ruling out the battery and alternator, he found that there was zero oil in the motor even though we just had it changed a few weeks ago. (Hopefully it’s due to a recall Hyundai has on this particular motor for this same particular issue). There wasn’t much he could do for us as far as fixing our car right then and there. HOWEVER, Terry is also a U-Haul Dealer and was able to use his contacts to get us a 15ft box truck and car transport trailer. He then gave me a ride to U-Haul to pick up the box truck. Once I got back to his shop, I transferred our belongings from our U-haul trailer to the U-Haul box truck, then Terry took the time to help winch our broken vehicle onto the transport trailer. We were also able to ‘return’ the U-Haul trailer to Terry at his shop. Without Terry’s, help, I don’t know what I would have done. Terry picked us up at 3pm and I wasn’t leaving his shop with our car in tow until 8:30pm. Those 5.5 hours he spent helping us were worth their weight in Gold. Terry went above and beyond to help us get back on our way and I can’t thank him enough. Thank you Terry!”
