We went for lunch Jan 14, 2021 and ordered 2 cuban sandwiches and were very satisfied! The sandwich was fresh and tasted like it was made with love and care! It came out with fries that were also fresh and the portion of food was very generous! The atmosphere was a if I was in a different country and very welcoming! “We just used Hidden Hollow for my daughter's grad party. Perfect for a party of 75 or less. It is not air conditioned so i recommend bringing a fan. Also, in the back there were wasps nests near the top of the chimney and on the same side as the grill, so I recommend caution. However even with that, it was clean, convenient, and worth the money for the venue.”

Occasionally something is off with the dishwasher and he rushed to the rescue. He is always able to fit me in to his schedule even if it's before, after or off hours. I'm so appreciative and highly recommend this company to anyone who uses a commercial dishwasher with chemicals and definitely ask for Cole if you're in Central TX.”
