“Called up one day and the rep was friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy. After asking a few questions to understand what I needed, he reserved a unit for me with no upfront cost or obligation. It was fast and easy. The next day I went to checkout the storage unit and the reps there were also very fast, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable and also not pushy. She showed us the unit, it was clean and easy to access. Everything including the pricing was exactly as advertised with one exception. They added some insurance fee with no prior warning or discussion. I never saw any info online about an insurance requirement nor did the phone rep mention it. Other than that, the entire experience was top notch!”

“I really appreciate all of the amenities Candlewood provides for their guests at a price that isn't overwhelming. The staff is friendly, rooms are nice and clean and their checkout time isn't until noon. I love that they have kitchens with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, salt and pepper, cooking items, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and a refrigerator with an.ice maker. In case you may need anything they have an area you can purchase items and have them billed to your room. They also offer washers and dryers where guests can do their laundry at no charge. Feel like cooking out? They have that covered too with very nice grills available and ready to use. They have regular sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash ready to use in the shower and dish soap and dishwasher detergent in the kitchen. They also have a lending cabinet where you can borrow anything from a blender to a board game and a business center for those that might need it. Basically they go above and beyond to help their guests out and to make sure we're happy. I'd say they do a wonderful job.”

We need a platform built to make it sit level as our patio has a slope. It would have been nice to have known this in advance but they have provided the information needed to have one built. “My home air conditioning went down on a Sunday. Figured there was no way I could get anyone to look at it. Made a phone call to Reddi and the service support staff was able to get service Tech Cole Center to my home in less than two hours. Professional young man that found the issue quickly and explained everything. Cole also was able to provide a full quote of what the repair would cost in full. In addition no pressure to agree to schedule repair if we wanted to talk with other companies/people. I was able to be fit into the busy time of year schedule for Tuesday morning. Tech Juvenal Fernandez JR called before arriving approx 15 to twenty minutes which was appreciated since I had a one window from scheduler on Monday. Juvenal was professional, courteous and has a world class communication skill set with my questions during the repair. Replacement products and services had an acceptable level of warranty. I was pleased to also learn this is a locally owned company. Air conditioning repair is never cheap for the most part but this customer is satisfied with services rendered and I will consider this company again for the wide range of services they offer.
