“If you want someone who's honest and thorough this place is for you. Treg (the owner) won't charge you an arm and a leg for His superior mechanical knowledge and work. He does roadsides for semis broke down on the area roads. If you know anything about calling for roadside assistance those guys will charge $500-$700 for coming to you and giving you some type of a quick fix to get rolling again. Not Treg. He's honest and offers lower prices than most who will rack you nationally. It's quality work keep that in mind. His wife owns 3 semis. Treg owns and runs the shop with over 25 years of driving experience and mechanical knowledge to match. His shop also does wash and semi detailing. I choose Treg and Vanessa. Good people.”

“Update Received a call from the Sales Manager Galen who actually took the time to listen and understand the issues. He was very understanding and was willing to make everything right. Worked a deal over the phone over a period of about 2 weeks. Put down a $1000 dollar deposit and Worked out a day for me to fly to Kansas to pick up the truck with salesman Kevin Mantz. Truck was supposed to be ready to go! Well it was not Pretty basic things that was agreed upon Cut a couple extra keys which they did unfortunately they didn’t cut them right because they won’t turn Truck was supposed to have max speed setting changed from fleet to highest setting allowed it was not. Had to spend $250 dollars back home to have this changed. Windshield wiper blades not changed they was so hard a lite rain on the way back blade skipped right over like it had ice on the windshield. Unit also has a bad carrier bearing so obviously the inspection process here is lacking. Tuck was still in the used lot not tagged sold or pending Filthy dirty No wash and low low low on fuel none was offered. All things I mentioned was discussed and agreed upon with salesman Kevin Mantz prior to my 2 flights to come get this unit. I just feel like they knew I had a long ride home and they didn’t care So just make sure that you do your homework and a good inspection when buying from this place before you leave with anything.”

“I was in town from California and needed to have a trailer hitch installed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had called ahead to get it set up and found out the hitch would have to be ordered in. The day the hitch was supposed to be there we found out there had been a glitch at the shipper and they were out of stock. Frank at L&M went above and beyond and found me another hitch. The hitch he found was scheduled to be delivered on Friday but showed up on Thursday instead. Frank once more went above and beyond and worked me into the schedule on Thursday. Devin installed the hitch and wiring. He did such a great job that it looked like it could have been done from the factory. I highly recommend L&M Auto Repair to anyone who needs repairs done on their vehicle and want it done right. The staff at L&M do the job fairly and right. They abide by what they promise and do everything they can to satisfy their customers.”
