Matthew was the main man he responded quick and efficiently every step of the way. I've never bought a car online or out of state but Matthew made the process so easy and smooth. I had reached out to other dealers across the country and had different experiences but you can tell they really care. Matthew owns a mini himself and has previously sold cars to people and my state so his knowledge on the buying process and the car itself was vast. The car arrived today and he's still keeping up with me asking if I need help with settings and what not. On top of this the price was under msrp(rare in this day and age) and definitely under cut dealers here in Houston trying to charge 3-4K over msrp. More than likely I'll be buying another mini one day and I actually just might go in person here next time and not even bother with dealers here because they definitely made an impression”

“Went to get a flu shot today. It was actually a great experience. It started checking in with Bibi the pharmacy tech. Very cheerful, pleasant, and professional. This young lady is so talented very multiple task type employee. She answered phone, enter data, cashiered, even assisted other techs. Then came the shots for the wife and I. Who even knew they could build something like that in house?! They then set a loose diamond we had purchased in the setting and provided my wedding band. We worked closely with Monica throughout the process, who was very professional and personable and no question was ever stupid. “Recommendation in Goddard, KS. We had to make last minute reservations because weather forced us to stop New Year's Eve before we had planned. We called them while on the side of the road nearby. The woman who took our call was very friendly, professional and helpful. We were then able to add another night when freezing rain and below zero temps kept us off the road New Year's Day. Due to the extreme conditions, we ran out of propane on the 1st and they were nice enough to come out and fill our RV on the Holiday in subzero windchills and refused the tip we wanted to give them.We dealt with 3 different people and all were wonderful. In addition to all of that, they had great facilities.”
