“So nice and helpful! I'm a senior on a fixed income. My clothes washer quit on me, (after 20 years and only one call to the repairman), and I just stopped in and was pricing washers, even asked about used washers. I found a new washer but didn't think I could afford it. The employee, (may have been one of the owners, sorry I don't remember her name), discussed everything about the machine and explained arrangements could be made for my monthly payment to coincide with my Social Security payments. There was also a very nice gentleman there who really helped. (Thank you!) I went ahead and agreed to the rent to buy on the washer, and it was delivered the same day! The installers were a big help, even changed out my dryer cord to a 4 prong I bought. I could not be happier. Excellent service, reasonable prices, coupons came with sale, and tomorrow I am going to be busy washing a bunch of dirty clothes in my new machine. Thanks all at HomeTown.
