“Dr. Sheridan is THE BEST. Period. The first time I met him I knew he was amazing. I can be anxiety prone (who isn’t as a pregnant woman?) and he had a very calming presence about him (which came in handy during delivery!) He truly listened to all of my concerns and spent time with me explaining everything thoroughly. He delivers all of his own babies too which is practically unheard of. I can’t tell you how amazing it was to have him there delivering my daughter after seeing him for 9 months. Not only that but KNOWING during my pregnancy that he would be the one to deliver my baby not some on-call doc. Not only is he great with patients but staff as well. I delivered at SMMC and honestly lost count of how many nurses told me personal stories about Dr. Sheridan after they found out he was my doctor! Whether it was how good he was to the nurses, or what a great surgeon he was (with c-section patients) everyone had something positive to say about him. He is simply the best!”

“I will be forever thankful for Jill Austin for helping me to get back to the activity I enjoy doing most…riding horses. After aggravating an old back injury (herniated disc), I was in a lot of pain and could barely do anything. Thanks to Jill and her excellent, knowledgeable, skills, I am now able to ride again and even better, I can lift my 3-year-old granddaughter again…something which I also had missed doing very much. Jill was extremely thorough in her evaluation and therapy and was very professional. She was also kind, compassionate, and had a wonderful sense of humor. What I found to be especially helpful was that she so reassuring at a time when I was very discouraged. “I made the choice to have a midwife assisted home birth and Cheryl was an amazing choice! She answered any question I had and always made sure baby and I were healthy. This was my first child and I will definitely be going back to Cheryl for future pregnancies. My labor came very unexpectedly but she let me stick with my home birth plan, and I'm so glad she did. Everything went beautifully, Cheryl and her assistant were very attentive to my needs and let me listen to my body. I had a great experience with Cheryl, and my home birth.
