She was so calm and went along with, at times, confusing requests (lol!). She worked with us on our engagement pictures and got some awesome shots with our pups and the day of she helped walk us through everything with the most calm and best attitude. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They did not have any other items to suggest, but I appreciated their courteousness nonetheless. I ordered the BBQ chip seasoned tots instead and was pleasantly surprised. The tots were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right, which made them delicious. The drive-thru was recently remodeled, which was a welcome upgrade, and it seemed to be handling traffic much better than before. The payment process was simple and hassle-free, and the staff member who brought out my food was polite and efficient. Although my visit could have been better if they had the item I wanted in stock, I appreciated the efforts of the staff to make my experience pleasant. Overall, I would recommend Sonic to others who are looking for fast food with a friendly staff and tasty menu options.”
