“Best VA around, hands down. We’ve been to KC’s VA several times, and they have nothing compared to here. Place is friendly with polite employees even when someone is a little hard to deal with. Clean and roomy waiting rooms(current location) with a comfortable feel. It’s nice to know our vets don’t have to go to a place and feel like a number! So far with as many times as we have been here, couldn’t have asked for a better staff. I know we can’t change the diagnosis as we would like, but it’s great not to feel like we are walking into total chaos. Best VA around”

“I love this place and highly recommend it! Terri at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming! Scott and Erin are exceptional physical therapists! I went in a few months ago in severe pain, especially in my neck, arm, and shoulder. Scott used various treatments and gave me several exercises. After the initial counter strain treatment the pain in my neck is gone and hasn't returned!! Scott continued to use counter strain methods, and relieved the pain all throughout my body. He gave me exercises that, when I do them regularly, have really helped. I highly recommend these physical therapists!”

“Best E.R.experience I have ever had. Dr. Ruban was great- he never pretended to ‘know it all’ but ordered just the right tests and nothing more to diagnose me a fractured sternum- something I never expected! My team of three nurses (mid-day on New Year’s Eve) was also absolutely fantastic. They went out of their way to keep my comfortable, informed, and got my I-V in perfectly the first time ????. Front desk was also great. I had rushed in without my insurance card but was treated immediately, and the front desk personnel were happy to help me get my bill sorted out with insurance once I received it (I stopped back in). Saved the best part for last- that bill I received without insurance was only for $600 and change. I have never been to an E.R. in which I could have paid for scans beyond x-rays out of pocket had I needed to. Very ethical emergency room, highly recommended!”

“After having a csection, I developed a blood clot in my leg and four in my lungs. I did not have a primary doctor, so my OB got me into internal meds right away (wonderful OB) They set me up with a appointment with Dr. Suker and her nurse Chris????.I am so absolutely blessed they are in my life! They both are amazing, compassionate and loving! I have been so uneasy through this whole process and they have held my hand and been so professional through this life changing experience. They also have a lab in-house (so nice) which also has staff that I adore! Everyone I come across (Dr., nurse or other staff members) have been so sweet. If you need a good caring Dr. and nurse staff this is were to go????”
