“Bought my first battery here when I was in high school, and that was 35 years ago. Same location, same owner with the same great attitude and the best customer service you’ll find, same great quality batteries. I can’t say the same price because it’s gone up around $5 to $10 over the last 35 years. But that’s not much of a increase over that amount of time. So I’ll say still the same unbelievably low price. I started out living about 5 miles from this place but over the years I’ve lived as far as 60 miles away. I have always driven the extra miles to buy batteries from here. I will usually save around $75 to $100 or more, depending on the vehicle I’m putting it in. His batteries are sometimes in high demand so you should call ahead to make sure he has one that fits your vehicle. I was told no only once but two days later he had what I needed. And out of approximately 25 batteries, I returned only one and it was still under warranty. He apologized, replaced it and it like all the rest it lasted years past the warranty period. Whenever I hear someone talking about needing a battery, I always tell them about Budget Battery and the friendly one man crew that runs it all. He’ll answer your questions, give advice on any problem, even come out to your car and help you fix it. He even throws in a quick story on occasion, all of it with a smile on his face.”

“I would highly recommend Appliance 911 for appliance repair. Our repairman Justin was polite, professional, called ahead of arriving and arrived in a timely manner. He had to order our compressor and had planned to fix it in one day when it arrived. However, he told us when he installed it he would have to come back the next day because of an unusual oil drainage issue that needed to drain overnight. He said if he left it like this he would have to come back in a year to fix it again and would like to fix it right. No extra fee. I was impressed. He could have just called it good and had more business in a year. I am definitely keeping their card on file for any other appliance repairs.”

She was available as soon as I walked in and zeroed in immediately on what I was looking for. Three days later, the owner, Bob, visited my house to take measurements and talk details of the install. This incredibly nice man answered all my extremely detailed questions with ease. Today, two weeks after initially visiting the showroom, my carpet is going in; two guys doing a hallway, two bedrooms, and three closets. They arrived five minutes early (perfect in my book), took a look and got to work. It took them just over three hours to install, which means I still have half a day off to setup and relax. To top it off, they robbed themselves on the price. I would pay more for this level of service, but that's not Bob's way. Quality work at unbeatable prices. That's how Rigdon does it.”
