Alpha&Omega came out, listened to what I wanted, then offered great advice on what I needed. Basically reducing what I was asking to not have me overspend on features I really didn't need. Then advised on the lighting, which gave me better lighting at a price that was way less. His quote was by far more realistic than the first quote. The job took only 2 days to complete, I ended up with way more than I could have asked, with very nice, top quality work. His workers were on time, and very friendly and professional. “I recently cared for my 92 year old mother, following a fall at home, which resulted in a compression fracture of T7. During her initial visit to an urgent care, she received Hydrocodone for pain and an infusion of Fentanyl. She was discharged and sent home with Hydrocodone. By day 4, post trauma, she was still unable to keep down food or meds. I called Heartland, Tuesday, to ask for guidance. It happened to be Dr. Pul’s day off. I Ieft a voicemail, and struggled with what I should do next. About 30 minutes later, that voice mail was answered. I was offered a telehealth conference that afternoon. Dr. Puls, on her day off, initiated that call. We discussed mom’s delimma, and she came up with a plan of action. Darcy’s guidance altered my mom’s recovery. Her concern and skillful guidance was so appreciated! We love this internist!!!”
