“If I could, I'd give this place 10/5 stars. I'm not really a fan of Chinese food, but my mom loves it so we get it often and from many different places. China Star was a bit out of our way, but based on the reviews we stopped by. BEST CHINESE I'VE EVER HAD, HANDS DOWN. Nothing was greasy, the rice was perfect, the fried rice was flavorful and had little pieces of pork in it that kicked it way up. I got the shrimp in lobster sauce, because to me the true test of good Chinese is how they make their seafood dishes. It was so good I wanted to lick my plate clean! And it didn't smell overly fishy. The white rice was fluffy and cooked to perfection. The hot and sour soup was nice, rich and spicy. My mom had the lo mien and she enjoyed it. The noodles were flat which was a nice change from the cheap round almost orange ones from most places. Her egg roll was perfect. My son had the sesame chicken and it was perfect, no huge chunks and the meat wasn't fried into oblivion. I was excited to see the egg drop soup wasn't neon yellow like most places. It had a huge amount of egg and the flavor was delicate and salty. We also got broccoli with chicken, a nice basic dish with the perfect amount of sauce and perfectly cooked broccoli. I will be back here every time I crave Chinese food.”

“Highly recommend this campground! Very cozy. Has water available and basic bathroom. Drive in campsites with picnic tables and fire rings. It gets windy out so prepare if you plan on using a tent. The Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) is right along the property. It seems to be a very popular trail.”

“FTo me all churches of any faith should be compared to this one. The first time I went to mass was December 24, 1976 on Christmas Eve. As it filled up to standing room only, I didn’t fell as if I were a stranger instead, I felt like part of the family congregation. I talked with the Priest in 1987 about questions I had concerning the Bible and the Catholic Religion, he spent hours with me and always gave me one hundred percent attention while he answered every one of my questions. Later that year we talked about me marrying a lifetime parishioner of which he gave us suggestions about a strong and fruitful marriage. I have been married for over 33 years. This is a great church.antastic Church”

“Kevin is one of the best, most honest, reliable, and quality mechanics I have ever done business with. I'm baffled that he has low reviews on here. I have taken my cars to him for about 15 years (since his shop was on Johnson Dr) and his work has been top notch and his assessments and estimates have been accurate and honest. There have even been times when I taken a vehicle to him expecting an expensive/extensive repair only to have him tell me that it wasn't needed and that a simple/cheap fix is all that was needed (first mechanic I've ever had do that!). When he does a job, he does it right -- sometimes that means it's a bit more expensive than going to a shop that will cut corners, "improvise," or use cheap parts, but the result is that Kevin's work is a quality, long-lasting repair. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending him to my family and friends looking for a top-notch car mechanic with integrity.”
