“I made an appointment a week before for 11 o’clock. I showed up at 10:30. Thinking I might be able to get in and get out pretty quick. Little did I know that one of the towers in the area had went down. The store was packed. There was only two associates in the store. One was dealing with a customer that looked like it was taking a while. The other(the reason for the 5 stars) was getting to everyone as fast as he could. This man was dealing with irate customers and getting people in and out with a very level head. There were a few times I could see he was getting frustrated as well were the customers, but he handled himself very well. After getting all of the other customers taken care of(he had realized I was there and I was getting new phones so mine was gonna take longer than everyone else’s so I waited) he was finally able to help me.
