We sold within 2 weeks and even though we had to leave the state before closing, Shannon was able to help us take care of all paperwork signing needed for the closing. She continued to stay in touch through the closing and even right after to make sure everything was taken care of!! Everything went so smooth!! It was great to be able to text Shannon anytime with a question and she answered right away! She was very easy to work with and very helpful with my Mom and I. My Mom owned the house for 50 years and she has Alzheimer's and Shannon was very helpful and understanding!!”

“The showroom is well organized, their selection is decent, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason they are receiving four stars is because of a custom tile order that didn't go well. Most of the problem was with Oceanside Tile, but Virginia Tile's warehouse should have kept in better contact with our tile installer on all of the issues and delays. Instead, he repeatedly had to reschedule work at our property (3X total before it was done). In the end, we cancelled the custom tile order after numerous flimsy excuses for delays and went with an in stock subway tile.”

“Todd and Anthony went above and beyond to clean the floors in our house. The previous owners of our house had covered our tile floors in some shiny wax type finish which over the years had begun to wear down and peel making the floors look awful. Unfortunately this made for a very challenging task to remove and they needed to come back a second day with a stronger stripping chemical to get it off our tile floors. After hours of hard work they were able to get all the gunk off our floors and make it look beautiful again. I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism. They made sure to get the job done well even if it was inconvenient to them; I highly recommend them!”

“Salsa and chips very good. Love their enchiladas and rice. The tacos are tasty and we'll filled. I prefer crispy, reasonably thin shells (strict like personal preference). The shells they use are hearty and tasty resulting in less mess. Lunch is perfect portions. The only drawback was they were understaffed but I expect they didn't expect to ad busy as they were for lunch that day. Great social distancing and staff all wore masks. A uniform mask would have been nice to go with their service uniforms and would probably be easier for them to manage.”

They sent Mercedes to my work office to provide flu shots to those of us that wanted them which kept me away from a waiting room in a physicians office. It cant get more convenient than that. We are so lucky in Derby to have such a wonderful pharmacy.”
