I loved that she wasn’t ushered in and out in a wheelchair to be transported. They brought everything she needed to her. I don’t have enough words to say how grateful we are that her time there and her passing are not filled with regret. She couldn’t have passed to heaven from a better place! Heather, her nurse, and Andy, the young man who toured me around when I was looking for a place to move mom to rehab, we’re both wonderful! Great communication!
