Leann, Danielle and Kim even wrote a note on his discharge instructions thanking him for being able to provide service and I think that personalized his experience even more! The entire surgery team was great. Good bedside manners... They really value their patients. My son even looked for Leann when surgery was over to thank her. They were so loving that the one nurse that was rude and seemed to not have the same values that the other staff had, was over-looked by me because all the pleasant encounters over shadowed her rudeness... she needs to retire or go to another hospital. So unpleasant I can't even remember her name... Overall I absolutely loved the experience we had at Wesley woodlawn.”
