“I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the start, the kind folks at the front desk were very welcoming. I had made a huge mistake and booked my room for the wrong night, but they fixed me up with no issues whatsoever. I'm very grateful for that. The lobby of this hotel has phenomenal atmosphere and is very welcoming. It's a bit of an indoor courtyard. The room was also nice. I had a terrific night of sleep, and the bed was really comfortable.”

When they were done they left the area cleaner than when they started. Roof looks awesome and I couldn't be happier with the company all around. I go in form time to time and I have never had a bad experience or encountered or witnessed any type rudeness from any employee there. I went in today to cash a fairly large check that was written through a Commerce account; however I encountered a few issues while trying to cash the check, but Stephanie the teller who assisted me, went above and beyond while remaining so patient and so pleasant! It was refreshing to have such an excellent customer service experience! The branch assistant manager was also quite helpful (regretfully, I did not get her name). #kudosCommerceBrookside!”
