(June 14, 2021, 2:32 pm)Deer Trace Trailer Park. What can I say about this place... New owners have came in and our lot rent keeps going up... I bought a trailer paid in full so I could stay away from a high rent bill... well now 5 years later I’m paying $470 just for lot rent.. that’s insane,
I have been paying more into the look of my property and it seems everyone is happy so I’ll star up my original review. Thanks.
