The maintenance guy Andrew Bostle is really cool and always fixed things quickly. Compared to other apartments we have lived in, I don't think we've had a maintenance guy come so quickly and be so nice. The pool is also really nice during the summer and the landscape is really pretty and well taken care of.”

“One the best montessori in colleyville. My 6 yr old graduated from this Montessori. He had so much fun there he miss his teachers and friends. I am proud parent that my son got tested and got 2 grade level in maths and reading all because of his teacher Fehmina Merchant . She is such an amazing teacher . Work on kids and put her100% on all kids . The Admin and director of schools is very caring and nice and kind towards all parents and their staff.”

“I lived here for 4 years and it was a great place to come home to! I really liked the layout of my apartment and the attached garage. My unit was newly renovated when I moved in which they did a good job on. Maintenance was always really good and was respectful of my cat and played with her a bit when they had to come do work. Really close to a ton of shopping options but also far enough away to not get crazy road noise. A bit of air plane noise but that was expected with how close to the airport it is.”

Their property was sold within a very short time and I liked that she advertised it everywhere possible. She was so quick to answer the phone and on the rare occasions that she didn't, when I left a message she always called me very shortly afterwards. She was always responsive to my questions and any snag we hit along the way with closing information or scheduling, she kept after it until it was completely resolved. “This was my 1st time bringing my '13 Impala to get an oil change here. What a great experience! There was no line and William instructed me to pull my car into Bay 2. They checked my head & tail lights, high beams, turn signals and brake lights before they began the oil service. Their sign says 15 minute oil change, but I think it took them just a little more than 10 minutes. Raul was kind enough to inform me of other services I should get done to keep my Impala running top notch, with no pressure to have it done today. He showed me my cabin air filter which was REALLY bad and luckily they had 1 replacement filter on hand, so I had them replace that as well. The experience alone will make me come back to get my automatic transmission and radiator services. Shout out to William and Raul, along with the rest of the Valvoline Team for this great experience! I also thought their prices were reasonable. Thanks guys!!! I'll be back!!!”

“Beautiful apartments, clean cozy community and a wonderful staff. This is a five star property. My next door neighbor and I moved in last month and just like he said "These are the best apartments in the area!" I love the 9 foot ceilings, all black appliances, the pools, gym and the outdoor areas. They have a nice basketball court and everything here is convenient and easy to access. I wanted to have a place where there is plenty for my son to do and this community has a lot of families and lots for the kids to do. I highly recommend this property. Very nice property.
