“This was my 1st time bringing my '13 Impala to get an oil change here. What a great experience! There was no line and William instructed me to pull my car into Bay 2. They checked my head & tail lights, high beams, turn signals and brake lights before they began the oil service. Their sign says 15 minute oil change, but I think it took them just a little more than 10 minutes. Raul was kind enough to inform me of other services I should get done to keep my Impala running top notch, with no pressure to have it done today. He showed me my cabin air filter which was REALLY bad and luckily they had 1 replacement filter on hand, so I had them replace that as well. The experience alone will make me come back to get my automatic transmission and radiator services. Shout out to William and Raul, along with the rest of the Valvoline Team for this great experience! I also thought their prices were reasonable. Thanks guys!!! I'll be back!!!”

“I used to be an account holder at this Brookside location, but I closed my account over a year ago (not for any negative experience with this branch). I go in form time to time and I have never had a bad experience or encountered or witnessed any type rudeness from any employee there. I went in today to cash a fairly large check that was written through a Commerce account; however I encountered a few issues while trying to cash the check, but Stephanie the teller who assisted me, went above and beyond while remaining so patient and so pleasant! It was refreshing to have such an excellent customer service experience! The branch assistant manager was also quite helpful (regretfully, I did not get her name). #kudosCommerceBrookside!”

“With my son's school being virtual most of the school year so far, the YMCA is a great place for him to have structure and learn. It's the next best thing to having him in school. There are tons of fun activities and a great staff who communicates my son's progress or lack thereof. I love that they greet my son by name every morning and keep him safe all day.”

“I gotta admit, this is definitely my go to place for all my needs and wants for my home, family, self and entertainment (and not just because its literally located within a couple minutes of my home ?) Seriously though, this store has gone through so much and yet the Employees (the ones from before the walkout included as well as the current) are amazing people who will go above and beyond with service, friendliness and a wonderful shopping experience. I also love how clean the store always is as well as organized. I must admit, sometimes we (the employees and I) lose track of time just catching up or sharing stories with each other to the point that I always leave either laughing or with a smile on my face! ♡”

“Only reason I gave 4 stars is because I usually HATE this pharmacy. But finally, after using this location since it opened, Maddie gave me a really great experience! Every single time I have been here I have wanted to leave a bad review. There was even one time I was waiting for a prescription in the store, the guy told me it would be filled before they closed, and they closed the pharmacy right in front of me!! But again- thanks, Maddie, you were so nice and helpful! This pharmacy needs more people like you!”
