And I liked that I can see them actually changing the oil cuz I'm sorry I just don't trust many places these days and not only do they change it right in front of me they show you the dipstick after they're done with the cleaning oil and how it's at the right level. “My grandson is a patient of Dr. Drew's. He has had several medical issues. Dr. Drew has been amazing, he's even personally called days later to make sure my grandson was getting better. These days everything is such a rush rush but Dr. Drew takes the time out to get to know his patient and know the situation. My son is having his first child and I told him he has to use Dr. Drew. He is the best pediatrician I have ever seen.”

“I went to the dentist 3 weeks ago after a chipped tooth and a filling camE out. He told me my tooth had an infection and exposed nerve and was above his expertises so he gave me a referral. He never gave me anything for pain or the infection. Because of covid the oral surgeon was booked until 3 weeks out and I suffered for 3 weeks. The infection spread to my jaw, gum and entire right side of my mouth. He was shocked I didn’t get antibiotics at the dentist or pain meds at the previous dentist but he properly drained and treated the infection and prescribe meds. He even billed my health insurance along side my dental because the issue was health related as well. The point I’m trying to make is why do Black Women not get taken seriously when we are in pain? The infection has spread to my throat and I thought I had strep with a runny nose and yet I had to go to a specialist to get proper treatment. If you have a referral I highly recommend Dr. Mills at Kentuckiana Oral Facial Surgery in Mount Washington.”

“I deleted my other review. They made a mistake which left me with no money for a day but it did get fixed. Ken is a great guy who helped me out with changing the primary card and offered food out of their frozen meals cooler and drinks. Racheal having her other general manager fix the issue by faxing my bank helped me out too! My bank immediately put the money back in soon as they got the fax. As my last review mentioned, the rooms are clean, area is great as there are lots of stores and restaurants near by. Only thing that I wish hotels would go back to normal is the breakfast. It's not just this hotel, they all quit doing the eggs, sausage gravy and biscuit breakfasts. Still, they have a few options to choose from at least. Kens an awesome worker!!!! He deserves a raise. He builds relationships with customers and he jumped on making coffee when I came out this morning on top of the start to fixing my issue. Thanks for the great customer service”
