  My daughter and I really enjoyed our very first yoga class! It was a relaxing class and they made us feel comfortable being new to yoga.

  The 6:00am class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday is a perfect way to wake up and start the day grounded and ready to tackle the day!!

  Have to post tell you how GREAT I feel after those two embodiment classes! I was at the point where I felt like I was just going to always be in pain. It wasn’t debilitating but it was definitely always there. I’d tried chiropractic and massage and regular yoga and nothing really helped. Or helped minimally. I didn’t want to take medications of course. I am amazing at how great I feel and the only things different were your class and I started a tumeric supplement. I can only Image it’s going to continue to get better! Thank you!!!!!!!! I love every class I’ve taken. Such a great community.
