(September 21, 2019, 1:58 pm)I’ve been coming to CrossFit 859 for a little over two months and the longer I am a member, the more I am enjoying it. Every workout is scalable: I never am in a position where I can’t participate because I’m not strong enough or skilled enough to do the movements. Each of the coaches brings something unique to the workouts, and there is an overarching concern for life long fitness. Showing up at this gym and being a part of the CrossFit 859 family has been awesome!

(August 5, 2018, 5:34 pm)Best gym ever! I love the sense of community. The trainers are great and take time to help you in ways other gyms aren't equipped to. The other members can be both competitive and your biggest cheerleaders at the same time.
Never let the posted workout intimidate you, it can be adjusted to meet you where you are. If you desire guidance, motivation, and support this is the place for you!
