“I've lived at the 163 Transcript apts for 1.5 years. This is a very convenient location for students at the nursing/medical school at UK. I love being able to wake up and easily walk to class or work (at Chandler). Every time I've had any issues, David (Manager) has been quick to respond and accommodate to my needs. Benna (grounds/housekeeper) is the sweetest person ever and is always a warm presence as she works. I am only moving because I want more space and a yard, otherwise I would 100% continue to rent from them. The only issue I've had is that neighbors can slam the doors pretty loudly or it can be quite loud living next to State St. Inside, the carpet is a little worn out but they have been replacing some units with the fake harwood that seems nice. While the unit is a little older, it's a great deal for being so close to campus/Chandler.”
