“I stopped in today for a new battery and installation which should have been a quick in and out, but due to corrosion and buildup on my battery and a seized up terminal it took way longer than expected. Deshay and Jawan provided great customer service during the process and let me know what was going on. About 20 minutes into the job I was expecting to be told they would not be able to remove the old battery, but that did not happen. Despite the time and difficulty they followed through and got me set up. Deshay even let me know about the rewards program/email list and how I could get coupons to save money in the future.
