(March 13, 2020, 10:04 pm)Participated in a really affordable special they had going on; my first experience joining a “gym” and Waterside Wellness was so accommodating! The teachers are kind and even went so far as to check on my blood sugar when I had lows in class. Very kind to people new to fitness routines and def a family feeling environment.

(July 16, 2019, 6:37 am)I tried a 6:30pm Yin yoga class on Monday night at this brand new facility and it was a great experience. The studio is impeccably clean and everything is new. The class was super relaxing and perfect for the end of a long day.
They offer a ton of classes ranging from barre to boot camp to cycling to yoga! -

(April 4, 2019, 9:59 pm)Experienced teachers, gorgeous location, quality equipment, challenging classes-I’ve thoroughly enjoyed coming here! They’ve got a good variety or cardio and strength classes; I’ve tried barre, slow flow yoga, tabata, cardio/strength, and a yoga/HIIT. Parking is easy-there’s spots along the road that runs alongside the apartments that the facility is located within. It’s right on the river and that makes this place really special-I get to see the sun set over the river while doing yoga! Where else can you do that? Love it. I highly recommend these group fitness classes!!
