Fantastic service. My PS5 had a busted HDMI port, and seeing as the holidays are right around the corner, I knew it may be a while before I actually got back my console. However, CPR repaired it in a matter of a few hours the next day. Would definitely recommend.

Chris was very courteous and professional during our consultation. He was able to differentiate between a working properly speaker/ microphone on one cellphone and a faulty microphone on a second phone. This issue was causing great frustration with my elderly mother as she could not hear me when I called her. Happily for her, her phone is working well. My phone…not so much. Overall, the issue was solved quickly and easily. To top it all off, Chris did not charge for his services. I would recommend Chris and his store to anyone looking for professional excellent service.
