(June 19, 2017, 3:18 pm)I don't understand people who give bad reviews that don't make any sense. I love all of the people that work here. I've always been treated like family. I did need to make an appointment to open an account here, and I understand that that is bank policy, so I'm fine with that. I arrived fifteen minutes early (not two hours) for my appointment and was seen promptly. I love PNC and highly recommend this bank. They even have an atm you can visit inside after hours that does pretty much everything you need. Can't beat that!
