Today I got hold of someone and they informed me that the chair had been sent to the store at 7411 Preston Highway. I contacted the store and they said the chair I ordered was in the store and that I could pick it up or they would deliver it. I chose to pick it up. The store manager was extremely helpful. I received excellent help from the distribution center and the store. The chair was in excellent condition.”

Our screen protectors were put on incorrectly, we were mislead about certain charges and they messed up so bad that my bill will be incorrect for 24 more months. I show up to this location with a laundry list of things that need fixing and out comes Kevin. Kevin was amazing, and patient, and solved every issues we had to the best of his ability. He explained everything very thoroughly and made sure that our issues caused by the employees at the mall were all resolved. My boyfriend and I decided we will come see Kevin for everything we need at t-mobile for as long as we can.”
