“I first went to the T-Mobile inside of the St Matthews Mall where my boyfriend and I switched providers and got new phones. It was a horrible experience. Our screen protectors were put on incorrectly, we were mislead about certain charges and they messed up so bad that my bill will be incorrect for 24 more months. I show up to this location with a laundry list of things that need fixing and out comes Kevin. Kevin was amazing, and patient, and solved every issues we had to the best of his ability. He explained everything very thoroughly and made sure that our issues caused by the employees at the mall were all resolved. My boyfriend and I decided we will come see Kevin for everything we need at t-mobile for as long as we can.”

They have been on top of things since the moment we applied for an apartment (there is only so much that they can do for us). It is up to the community to keep it clean and make it a home. Some things to keep in mind is being courteous to one another, keeping the noise down to a minimum and cleaning after yourself within the community. Plus, for a new building you can’t beat the price elsewhere?. If anything changes later we will update it.”
