Even though we had not bought the Hancock and Moore chair from Suff's they tenaciously pursued the parts department at Hancock and Moore to find the recliner mechanism and have it shipped to an excellent local upholsterer, all during a pandemic. If you have dealt with parts departments or tried to find any upholsterer let alone an excellent one in the last 10 years you see how extraordinary this service from Suff's was and it was all carried out on the phone. Buy from Suff's.
