Wonderful care!
I have been to at least 5 different gynecologists' in the last year and this is the first one to truly care. I felt heard and cared about. After 3 years or longer of searching for what was causing me so much pain I got diagnosed in just one appointment. They listened to my complaints and asked my option on what I thought could be wrong, which was super kind since I had been researching this since 13. It overall was an amazing experience.

As a young woman facing multiple challenges due to my ongoing health issues, the staff at Brannon Crossing have been nothing but wonderful to me on my journey. Being young, I find medical professionals tend to overlook my health problems due to my age, which has always been incredibly frustrating. But the providers and nursing staff that I have seen here have listened to me and didn't hesitate to take a deep dive into my medical history to better understand me and my needs. They have offered me the tools and plans that I needed to better manage my problems, and I have thoroughly appreciated their honesty and kindness while I make these difficult decisions. That and they continue to be swift in their care for me. They find time to see me when I need an appointment, and even though it's been a difficult process, they're all showing me their full support. I sincerely appreciate this team of women and all they have done for me.

Absolutely love Dr. Cook and her nurse Kendra! They are both very caring and listen to what you have to say before offering their advice/expertise. I have also seen other providers when Dr. Cook isn’t available and they seem to be great as well.

This was my first time at this location (Brannon) and it was a great experience. The check in process was quick- I had filled out forms online beforehand. Then the nurse was wonderful and answered all of my questions. She eased my mind and made me feel very comfortable. The APRN that I saw was the best I’ve ever seen with LWH. She spent an adequate amount of time with me, answering and clarifying any questions/concerns I had. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new provider.

All of the staff & doctors are very helpful & friendly! I’m glad to finally have an obgyn who listens to me & is going to figure out what’s been causing all of my pelvic pain for years now. The office is always clean, along with the rooms & bathrooms. A closer location to my home. Definitely recommend them, 10/10!
