I began using this practice about a year ago, because it's closer to my house and I dont have to fight Nicholasville road traffic. I've now seen two of the doctors and both were amazing! I seen Dr. Jessica today, as a new patient of hers, and I have got to say, if I could provide 10 stars, I would! She is absolutely the best! She was very attentive to my concerns, extremely well educated and excellent bed side manor. I hope to continue my health and wellness with her !!!
Most of the Drs, nurses and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable but some are just rude and inconsiderate. Love Dr.Jai, he's the BEST of all!! My Daughter has been seeing him for Years!! They've actually told me ALOT more about my health recently then ever before by them or anyone else I've been to but they didn't let me know some very important results until I asked for a certain medication. Wouldn't let me switch from a PA to a DR either so I'm not real happy about that but I like my PA for the most part.
My family has been treated by Dr Mckinney since 1999 before this particular Baptist Health location was built. We followed him there, and he is a Godsend to us. He and his wonderful nurse Marla have been through the thick and thin of our family's life and medical concerns, and they have always been kind, caring and professional. The office staff is always courteous.
