Clarion Pointe Richmond North near University

Start by saying that Betty at the front desk was so nice and helpful. Soon as I walked inside this hotel it was clean and smell very good. She politely walked with me and showed me my room to make sure I was fine with everything and made sure I felt safe and comfortable here. My room is very clean and bed is super soft highly recommended.

I have stayed at several hotels in the area and for the price this is by far the best I've found here! Very comfortable and quiet. Very clean...like not just appears clean, IS clean. Super friendly and helpful staff! I will DEFINITELY stay here again when in the area! If only I'd known about this one sooner!

This hotel was less expensive than competitors in the area. Staff were helpful and efficient. Rooms are not pristine but clean enough to be comfortable and feel safe. Beds and pillows are fine. The bathroom fan was noisy and the desk chair was squeaky. Breakfast simple but clean and fresh. We would return.

Late night stop to get a rest for a long journey. Check in was confusing but a room was available and the price was fair. Manager and trainee were very friendly but technical difficulties with their computer system slowed the process. Room was very clean. The hotel has been remodeled and a lot of construction details were sloppy. T h e bath room shower/tub combo was cheap feeling. The beds were great. The place was a decent ONE night stay.
