I used the concord location and was an awesome experience for my storage needs. Staff were very friendly and prompt. I was moving into town from out of state and they were very helpful with making the set up over phone convenient. Location is great, clean, secure, well lit and maintained. I love that it's 24 hour access. Highly recommend!
