“I have been in treatment along with my 12 year old son now for about 9 months and I love having Dr. Tipton as my Orthodontics. He is really a caring person.After he put in braces the same following week-end he called me over the week-end off hours to make sure everything was o.k. and he also did the same for my son. He is very good about listening to his patients, and is very patient, and very respectful to them as well. He also gave my son and I a really nice spin brush for our treatment. to get us started. He has a really great personality. He has a very good sense of humor, and works really well with children and adults. He knows how to put a smile on your face and brighten your day. His staff members are really friendly as well and make you feel like you are part of a family. If I had to pick who is my favorite staff member , I would have to say Leslie. She is very patient, kind, and very gentle, funny and very out going too! She too listens to you and she is very compassionate!! My son really likes Nicole, and Leslie too. But, that is if I had to pick from Nicholasville office. They all are very nice people. I have also been in his office in Lexington too and it to is a really nice office. If you are waiting on someone in the lobby you can grab you a sit and relax with a cup of coffee or cup of hot coco too while you wait. The staff members there are very friendly as well. Dr. Tipton tries every way possible to make sure your treatment is the best treatment for you. He has seen me on very short notice more than once. He has even worked through his lunch once for me as well. He puts you first!! :) If you are looking for a very good Orthodontic I highly recommend that you see Dr. Tipton first!!”

“My experience with Dr . Norton was fabulous. Who knew that you could enjoy a root canal? The office was clean and quiet. The equipment was state of the art. Noise canceling headphones and music were nice touches. The receptionist and office staff were delightful. The experience was pain-free. Best of all when the lidocaine wore off I had zero pain. People who say, “any experience is better than a root canal” have obviously never had a root canal by Dr. Norton. I’ve had spa days that were worse experiences than my root canal.”

It is unique to my experience: my mouth feels extremely clean, down to the last crevice, yet the treatment itself is extremely gentle. I recommend it highly, and I plan to continue with it myself! “Efficient practice that runs on time. My appointment started a little early. Great service from the moment I stepped through the door. This was my first visit to the practice as I relocated from out-of-state and the quality of service is similar to my prior dentist’s practice. Every step was clearly explained and costs were clearly laid out so I could make informed decisions about my care. The practice was clean and bright. The waiting area had seating set up for social distancing. Hand sanitizer and masks were available also.”

“Dr.Kovicak is very patient and doesn't rush you, listens to you and explains the care needed. I like his knowledge as he explains things patiently. He suggests care only if it is needed, this is important as I have had other dentist offices (previously) who were just trying to make money since the patient will obviously listen to the dentist.
