“Great place and staff. I've never had a problem getting my car in when I needed an appointment. There is no harassment or pressure for services and they keep me updated. They also talk to me with out me feeling like an idiot and they have even taken me to see what they are talking about and explaining. I also love that I can make online appointments. I also love the rebates.😊 Con: The waiting room needs a good cleaning. The chairs had food, webs, and thick dust. I had to clean a chair one day brekkie sitting in it. Can't say if it still looks that way I haven't been in there in a few months.”

He and his staff are so good, we still see him regularly at his Independence Office. He is thorough and compassionate and we love that you never have to wait very long , usually no more than 10 minutes when you see him. “We wanted change our present "F" Plan to new provider due to recently increased premiums. I found Mr. Alberti's contact information and left him a message on a Sunday. Mr. Alberti contacted me the next morning. We discussed several options and made a decision. The next day he called me back and he went through both my wife and my application in about 30 minutes. Two days later we received a call from the company and answered a few more questions and we were done. Mr Alberti kept in touch with us throughout the process until we actually received our new cards. I will continue to work with him for any changes we may want to make in the future. He did a great job and made this somewhat puzzling job very easy. He is the best we have ever worked.”

“I loved this place. I spent the night at the “Tru by Hilton” down the road the previous night, and that was a complete disaster. I regrettably opted for that place because it was a bit cheaper. Night and day difference with this one for only $20 more. The room was spacious, the walls were thick, guests were quiet and better behaved (I know they have no control over this but thought I should mention) and finally the breakfast was not too bad. One draw back would be the bathroom needs renovation, more specifically the tub. Stand ups are more preferable and the modern norm. I don’t know what psychopath is running a bath in a hotel anyway. All in all, very good stay and highly recommend!!”

“I think they must of just moved to this Cold Spring location because the sign said Cold Spring Urgent Care. The number on the sign didn't work and voicemail was full when calling Bluegrass' number. Went inside and they walked us through how to fill out the paperwork so we can be tested. Laicy actually did our (me and coworker) Covid test, she was very nice and did a great job with administering this 8-9 second test. I would of given 5 stars because we were in and out but the sign and phone line is something they need to address.”
