“This Dollar General store is by far the cleanest, most organized, fully stocked and has the most friendly hard working staff I have seen lately! I was shocked actually to see people there working and making the place worth walking into! When the lady cashier was not busy at the register I noticed she was actually putting away product and going back and forth. I notice these things and am pleased to see this! The manager was needed (prompt and professional I might add) for a credit card malfunction. She came up and did what she could to help the gentleman. The other cashier opened another register to take care of me and others immediately. No unnecessary waiting! While I was shopping the manager was also helping another employee stock shelves & they were stocking like they definitely knew what they were doing! Without mess and without blocking all the isles. I will upload pics also. Will have to say I will be shopping here more often! Kudos to this DG!”

As soon as you see him, any sort of health anxiety you may have had disappears. He's a kind hearted man, and has no problem simplifying medical information so that you can more easily understand the situation. He also has no problem listening to you, which is a good change from most doctors. He listens to how you're feeling and every symptom you may be having. Most docs just wanna hear themselves speak, and get you out with a prescription asap. I'd recommend Ertel to anyone. If not for his professionalism, then for his cordial attitude.”
