“I cannot say enough great things about this company. Jeff and Daniel, the technicians on my water restoration project, and Jason (the owner) were the absolute best.....highly professional, knowledgeable, committed, courteous and extremely customer-oriented. I discovered a washing machine hose malfunction early one weekend morning. I had never had any experience with restoration companies in the past, but once I was able to stop the flooding, I spoke to both my brother and my insurance adjuster that morning......both mentioned Servpro is a leading restoration company and one of the best, and I can definitely see why. About 15 minutes after my call to Servpro that morning, I received a call back from Jeff, the Servpro technician heading up the job of dealing with the water damage. My insurer had dispatched an adjuster on that Saturday morning of the event, and Jeff was at my house in less than 30 minutes time of my calling Servpro along with his colleague Daniel. In fact, they met the adjusted as he was leaving they were that fast to respond. They immediately started on dealing with the considerable amount of water in my basement and first floor laundry room. Probably within 60 or 90 minutes of their arrival, they had extracted approximately 20 gallons of water from the carpet, and had the carpet lifted and had blowers, heaters and dehumidifiers going and were heading on to another restoration job. I was amazed at how fast those fellows were. But the thing that really impressed me about Servpro and these fellows the most was their commitment to keeping restoration sensible.....no carpet or drywall had to be replaced......quite impressive indeed that they were solely concerned with addressing the water problem and not trying expand the job scope at all beyond what was absolutely necessary to address the water damage that had occurred, and it certainly kept my cost considerably down as a result. At every step of the way, I was highly impressed with everyone that I worked with at Servpro of Campbell County. They definitely demonstrated to me that they are extremely honest, fair, knowledgeable, hard-working, reliable and highly committed to their customers. Hopefully I will never have another occurrence like this where restoration services are required, but if I ever do, it will definitely be Servpro of Campbell County that I call. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services of any type.”

“They really went the extra mile for me! I had forgotten about a tie that was very sentimental. After 6 months, I finally remembered that I had never picked it up from them. Their policy is not to keep anything around that long, but the manager still had it in her storage and found it right away! And even got a stain out that may have been more than 10 years old. Would highly recommend.”

“WOW! We use Bluegrass Cleaners at the hotel where I work and they are phenomenal! We had a guest traveling internationally who needed his items back sooner than planned. He was originally supposed to get them after 4pm the day after pickup, when I explained the situation they expedited the order telling me it would be here by 10am, we received the order back by 8:30am and the guest was THRILLED!!”

“I have been totally satisfied with the dry cleaning experience at Pam’s. I tried using Jack’s in Richmond, but they are just too slow. It takes at least 6 days, and in most cases at least a week to get back basic dry cleaning (ie: dress pants and shirts). In most cases you can get your dry cleaning done same day or with a one day turn around time frame. They also have the best hours on Saturday compared to other competitors. We got a couple shirts back that had been cleaned and pressed and it was obvious that whomever was hanging then up accidentally brushed them up against something dirty. I returned them to Pam’s and they redid the two shirts, and they came back perfect. Sometimes accidents happen, it’s how they are handled that counts. Pam’s was professional and made everything right in the end. I have continued using them despite the one hiccup with no complaints on my part. The clothing always comes back spot on, pressed correctly with the right amount of starch. Thank you Pam’s for making my life easier.”
