“There were 3 of us older ladies from MI with a disabled vehicle beside the freeway. The tow truck driver, Tony, was amazing! He was very prompt, courteous, & went WAY above the call of duty! He carried my 86 year old cousin, who was struggling to walk, about 20 feet to the tow truck then got her up into the cab. I have no idea where he got the energy. It was sheer determination to help in time of need. He suggested an auto repair place (who also was very efficient) then towed the car there. Then he suggested a hotel for us close by & took us there making sure there was a room for us on first floor. Tony represents Suburban Towing very well. I HIGHLY recommend Surburban Towing and HIGHLY recommend Tony.”
