I had been doing research on bug removal and had seen that heat was the best option for them. I contacted them and set an appointment for them to come out and give their free estimate. Once there, we discussed the options and pricing. They were prompt with reminders and on the day of the extermination were early. The whole experience was so very easy from start to finish.
