“The staff members are awesome! The manager helped me with items on a top shelf and was extremely pleasant and patient. The selection of food has greatly improved since the addition of the “Market.” The store, however, has been in complete disarray the last two times I have been there. I could not even get into the aisles for the items I needed. I do not think this is the fault of the workers, because they were very busy helping customers. The company needs to give them more help to put away stock. I’m very thankful to have the Dollar General near me so that I do not have to go all the way into town for smaller shopping runs. Pleasant staff make up for the messy store. 😊”

“We came in for breakfast on a Saturday morning and were happy to be seated immediately. I ordered the Early Riser with a side of pancakes and my husband had the cabin special. We both thought our food was great. It was a nice change from chain restaurants and the prices were very reasonable. My only complaint was with the service....our server was very friendly but she was never around. We had to flag someone down for refills, to get our check, and then to actually take our card to pay our check.”
