Sugarland Park

I just moved in on Feb 1 2023 and have had the best experience since day 1. Alisha in the office is amazing. She helped me with the application process which was seamless. From start to move in date took only a few weeks. We were helped by Dana the maintenance supervisor and his co worker with future on day 1. We had an issue with a switch and immediately a work order was put in and Steve from maintenance was fantastic. Friendly and engaging. He took care of everything. The laundry and gym are clean and there is a nice pool for the summer. From the experience I have received from the get go, I highly recommend River Park Landings as your next home. :)

This apartment was perfect for my son and I while we were building a new home . Two bedrooms two baths I didn’t know any of the neighbors but they were very friendly .

The office was very responsive to any issues . The building we were in was very dated but for the money it was a great value and I would recommend to anyone looking .

Park by my brother n sister house was at party by my brother

Quiet and nice

Big Course. Most their Golf carts are broke down so be Prepared to walk. But really well maintained and nice staff.
