My finace and I have been with Metropcs since Aug 2015. 1 day before the flood and they've always been great. We've never had any issues with our service and anytime we've had to communicate with a customer service rep or sales person it's been very pleasant. We're actually going to the store today to upgrade my phone! Have always and will always continue to refer people here
