Went in to look for a fridge that would actually make ice since our French door Samsung doesn’t, while there Antonia helped us patiently checking different fridges and giving us delivery dates. Finally came across one that was in stock. Wife went looking at sofas before we knew it, Antonia had everything set up for delivery. Truly appreciate her for her expertise and help.
The salesperson Zachary was awesome very professional and I really like how detailed he was about every little thing dealing with the contract and especially making the customer feel very satisfied with what they are purchasing once again I definitely will be doing business with Baton Rouge Conns again !
Dakarius Parker is the best salesperson. He was available for our appointment and was very personable. He took the time to let me look at the items I came to look at and then showed me a better quality of a similar set that would fit into my budget. He explained the price and benefits of the warranty. He also explained all the finance charges and how the interest free period works in my favor.. Thank you for all of help!!
Shopping online was nothing compared to in store shopping. There were things found online that if the purchase was complete online, money would have been spent on one vs the three purchased in store. The staff was great. The salesman knew everything about the appliances I purchased as well as financing questions I had prior to completing the purchase. 10/10 recommend
